We All Value Excellence, Inc. (WAVE) is a 501 C3 organization founded in 2015 by Jason Cade and Brandon Roberson, who both serve their communities as law enforcement officers. On an annual basis through various events and programs, WAVE serves approximately 300 youth and young adults annually.
We All Value Excellence, Inc. is a 501 C3 organization focused on the advancement, education, prevention, and bridging the gap between youth and young adults and public service agencies through community outreach partnerships and resources; volunteer work; mentorship; education and career development workshops; and life skills development

We All Value Excellence, Inc. Youth & Young Adult Advancement Program is a program designed to grow, nurture, and prune the emotional, psychological, social, and financial health of our youth and young adults with an understanding that we need each other to build strong youth and young adults to build stronger communities. Our goal is to change and impact individual stories so that we can forever change the whole narrative.
